I would describe Behemoth like a party album that's perfect for Halloween and Non Paradisi like poetry ala Edgar Allen Poe.
Couldn't agree more. That being said, I'll be blasting songs from NP on a college Halloween party I'm doing a mix for, ha.
I was really surprised by the record. The synthwave scene is currently overcrowded, imo, and a lot of fantastic artists popped up between the release of Behemoth and NP, a lot of which also started making horror-themed synthwave. And I was really curious whether or not GosT could differentiate himself from them on his new album. But GosT delivered. As much as I like Behemoth, he really outdone himself this time. Can't really beat the master.
Really pumped on getting my cassette and receiving the 3xLP from my GF for my birthday
