A small consolation, yes. But my dislike towards those despicable, greedy bastards grows with every completely unnecessary tax robbery! Today I paid €11 extra for the Opeth: Sorceress JSR exclusive. Can't wait for the Relapse Death box set and the other package... I'm surprised that I managed to haggle through the Melvins €200 vinyl without incident. It would've been €65 extra.

Nope, not yet. Just paid the ransom today - which means I'll get it on Friday. I'm sure it'll be on Discogs and the Interwebs by then already.

Gripe: Ordered a shirt off The Faceless's bigcartel that they were posting about in early August. Ordered August 12th. Still nothing. I've tried emailing, and just sent a message to the band's page.

What's with the 3rd party sellers in amazon.uk? I tried to order some LP twice there from different sellers and both never showed up. Upon contacting about those, both shops gave me an word to word exact answer that they're refunding everything 'cause they don't have another copy.

I would think what they do is have access to distributors and load up everything on there as soon as it's listed as available by the distributor, so the shop can just order whatever is ordered by customers and ship it out = no risk, no overhead, they just order and ship whatever is purchased by customers. Which means they probably have things listed long past their due date (i.e. after the distributor is sold out), cause they probably only pull the listing down when someone tries to buy it and they can't ship it.

Yea i was thinking something of those lines too. Though they are telling the customer that they have shipped the order, whether this is actually the truth or not.
