Awesome! That's such a great album. I have 2 copies of it on vinyl and one cassette (haha).A while back they were selling some rare editions and I picked up the 666th pressing on yellow which came with a cassette and pin (meh to both) and a handwritten and signed letter from the singer detailing the album's meaning to his life. Intense.

This new one is going to be even more intense.

Absolutely can't get enough of these guys recently. Saw them playing a few times around Europe (totally different line-up to this) and it's one of the best live bands I have seen, absolute best thing for me at Rock In Opposition (next to Magma). It was surprisingly heavy live. 
This is a long track and some of it is silly but there's some great brain dance stuff in there and it's some really unique prog.

Black Hole Generator - A Requiem for Terra

Ten years ago a band named Black Hole Generator released a debut EP called Black Karma. After that long absence Black Hole Generator is returning with a debut album entitled A Requiem For Terra, which will be released next month by Dark Essence Records. Consider this about the people who have participated in it: First, there is the creative force behind Black Hole Generator, Vulture Industries’ main man and long-time Taake and Helheim producer Bjørnar E. Nilsen. And then there is guitarist Arve Isdal (Ice Dale) of Enslaved and Audrey Horne, plus Gjermund Fredheim (Taake/Orkan) contributing lead guitars on three tracks, as well as additional guitars by Dag Terje Andersen. Also, the distinctive Romanian artist and musician Costin Chioreanu made the cover art. 

Dark Essence recommends the album for fans of Tribulation, Dödheimsgard, Thorns, Emperor, Vulture Industries, Anaal Nathrakh, Tom Waits, and Devil Doll. What an attractive and intriguing list of names that is — and I will vouch for the fact that it’s not an exaggeration or a misdirection. Keep your eye out for this album.

That last paragraph is a pretty accurate description.

Dark Essence seems to be releasing some interesting stuff these last few months of 2016. The new Slegest sounds pretty interesting as well to me, since both Enslaved and VI members were involved. And, of course, the new Hail Spirit Noir being just 9 days away now.
