I agree. The webpage is a mess to go through and everything is not clear. I'm surprised though that the order change has been so difficult. For me all changes have gone smoothly, mostly my own fuck-ups, and smoothly for almost all other people that have wanted to change something. I mean, both of my changes have only required two emails each, taking a total of 5-10 minutes of my time per order to fix. I guess it can't work all the time.
