I have an antigripe. I lost a package in mail for the second time ever. The Discogs seller had a receipt that he had sent it. There was no reason to give me my money back, as it's not his responsibility after shipping. He gave me a full refund of €65 this week without me even asking it or any compensation. I was stunned!
Gripe: Sold an item on Discogs to someone in Greece. After a month it didn't arrive, she asks me for a refund despite EXPLICITLY AGREEING to my seller terms that say if something goes missing it's the buyers fault if they don't ask for tracking and insurance. She opens a PayPal claim, and even though I provide proof of posting and screenshots from Discogs, this week PayPal rule in her favour!
Now I'm down a blu-ray and £25. What's the fucking point in having seller terms on Discogs if PayPal just fucking ignore them? Cunts.
