Last time I found I obsessed way too much over trivial facts like some song randomly not scrobling or some song scrobling accidently twice etc. Whatever the case I think it's safe to say I will never (or at least it'll take a LONG time) catch up my top artists with current favourites. Can't beat the late teenage craze.
Not that I would be ashamed of anything there. I like pretty much everything I liked back then even if I don't listen to those old favourites nearly as much nowadays. Except Moonsorrow. They would be way, way on top as well if last.fm counted playing time instead of plays.
Haha, gotta admit, I still get a little obsessive about stuff like that sometimes. Double scrobbling etc. doesn't seem to happen as much, but they messed up the site quite a bit. It's been in this beta mode for over half a year now, which really sucks! The "neighbours" function is gone and the "events" function is... well... not very functional. Though I've found so much music through the site that I'm able to forgive its flaws.

It'll probably take me some years for my current favorites to catch up with my top artists as well, but by then I'll probably have different favorites. :p I just keep the Top Artists bit on last 180 or 365 days to keep it a bit up to date.
