I think to some extent that's pretty much the relationship everyone has with every genre If someone would claim to love everything one genre has to offer, I would be highly skeptical about either honesty or musical taste of that particular person. Possibly both.

Well, by that I mean there's nothing in the genre that I just think is ok. It's either just boring or I really like it. Whereas with, say, black metal, there's acts that I wouldn't say bore me, but just think they're average.
