TV show thread - kadaver - 04-10-2016 Post your opinions, reviews, recommendations, etc. What show should we all watch and why? RE: TV show thread - kadaver - 04-12-2016 "Check It Out! with Dr. Steve Brule" is one of my favorite shows these days. A Tim Heidecker, Eric Wareheim and John C. Reilly creation. There's not that many episodes and they're all fairly short. Eerie, funny, uncomfortable... something unusual in any case. "In post-production, the video is piped through a VCR to simulate poor production value." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Check_It_Out!_with_Dr._Steve_Brule Genre: Alternative comedy, surrealism, avant-garde RE: TV show thread - anomynous - 04-12-2016 Ms Cynthia Drangus RE: TV show thread - kadaver - 04-12-2016 Bringo! RE: TV show thread - winterburner - 04-12-2016 I mean, it's mainstream as hell, but Game of Thrones is coming up. And the Hall of Faces will open in Helsinki tomorrow which is cool. RE: TV show thread - Doogz - 04-13-2016 Deep Space Nine, Sharpe, and Life On Mars. Nothing else, ever. Except maybe SOA. :-p RE: TV show thread - winterburner - 04-13-2016 (04-12-2016, 11:18 PM)hugo Wrote:(04-12-2016, 08:35 AM)winterburner Wrote: I mean, it's mainstream as hell, but Game of Thrones is coming up. RE: TV show thread - winterburner - 04-29-2016 Sooo... anyone follow y'old GoT? First episode was somewhat uneventful, which to a certain extent is underdtandable. They played it safe - checking in on where everyone's at, tying loose ends. Now I'm expecting stuff to start going sideways in the following episodes. RE: TV show thread - Doogz - 04-29-2016 Just finished Season 4 of SOA. Oooooohhh... |
