Video game thread - Blood Music - 03-31-2016

This game - NeuroVoider - which features the entirety of Dan Terminus's "The Wrath of Code" is going to Early Access today (after a ton of alpha stages).

Also, a game was just announced yesterday which is like a rhythm/dance game featuring Perturbator, GosT, and Dan Terminus.

The music fits perfectly! It is definitely worth a look!

Were you able to play the game? Been playing it a bit, it's pretty cool!

All three guys are also in this game called Blood Alloy (GosT music in the trailer).

Been pretty cool to check out all the games these guys end up in!

RE: Video game thread - m.ruhe - 04-07-2016

No, I did not play any of them but since a few years I am open for new stuff, especially those little independent games. It's very refreshing.

Ah yeah, these guys are getting really a lot of contact for games. I have to turn most of them down cause the terms are just not fair enough, but it is getting me more and more back into gaming too. I like to take some time with every game they end up in.

The NeuroVoider guys are really cool.

RE: Video game thread - Al Hungerstrike - 04-08-2016

Will definitely have to check it out. Although I'm more of a console gamer than pc. In a loosely related topic, I reckon Kauan's music could totally suit as a soundtrack to an epic skyrim like rpg.

Talking about indie games. Anyone checked out Oxenfree? Really cool dialogue heavy bizarre thriller in super stylised graphics. If you enjoy dialogue choices like walking dead from tell tale games it's definitely worth a look.

Its all about Dark Souls 3 coming out next week, got a email mine has shipped, I cannot wait.

As I am a bit of a board game nut I enjoy playing this, it has a real simple but enjoyable soundtrack as well.

Praise the sun. I'm just playing dark souls 2 scholar of sin. Ds3 looks amazing. Cool looking indie game man. Plus the soundtrack is really cool. Thanks for the link

Sadly they fucked up PC release completely. In my books anything with combination "Windows 10 only" is already a lost cause but I've read the port quality is terrible as well. Really sad considering Remedy's roots and the fact that Alan Wake's port was terrific without any kind of DRM restrictions either. Even if it came out two years after Xbox 360 version.
