Thanks a lot for the hint---somehow skipped the "from/for Germany" part here.
Have cancelled the EMP order--I hope that this turns out as the better way to support the artist--but at least EMP and NB do not get any of my money!

The Ruins of Beverast new album up for PO at https://www.van-records.de/. Weird that they charge you 2.5eur extra if you want a download code. Is this a new thing?

Yeah, the EP sounded a bit disappointing, but most likely going to buy the full-length anyway. Maybe von Meilenwald had material in storage, since Blood Vaults came out in 2013?
Edit: I actually hope that the EP stuff was seen unsuited with the rest of the songs and was released separately because of that.

Oh, there was a preview track online already, too.
Sounds a bit better than the earlier EP, in my opinion, but not that impressed yet. On the other hand, I've rarely been excited about Beverast stuff on the first listen. The first I heard them, I actually thought it was kind of bad. Some years later I happened to give them another chance, and was like: "What the hell was I thinking, this is absolutely awesome!"
