Yeah! CM should do more of this (adding a 7" with the extra tracks) because us vinyl-only freaks sometimes miss out on the extras or b-sides that come with CD special editions. They've only done a few like that, the last Dark Tranquillity and Finntroll come to mind. We. Need. More.

I think all the best albums of the year are coming out now. Everything I'm hearing coming out now (including some early album streams) blows the beginning of the year out of the water. I really only remember liking 2-4 albums from January to August max, and all those 'best of' lists on user ratings sites was pretty lame stuff, but the year is really heating up now.

Looked at the comments on the Opeth stream, they've been roasted. People are really not liking this. It also already has the worst rating of all their albums on RYM, and usually ratings start higher there. Ouch.
