I'm going to see Vanilla Fudge on Sunday at Nosturi. Far more interesting event on the Tuska weekend than Tuska itself is the one held at Lepakkomies: Pestigore, Caskets Open, Axeslaughter, Lie in Ruins etc. (https://www.facebook.com/events/609988345835404/). M83 is amazing live, the only thing that annoyed me when I saw them a few weeks back was the audience, mostly milennials, snapchatting the shit out of it and then talking and talking all over the thing, like they were just to be there, not to enjoy it. Shit.

I was at a gig in the Netherlands, and the 'pit' area was just a giant group of girls typing shit on their phones in the middle of black metal bands' sets, it was the saddest shit I've ever seen.

Which gig was that? Yeah, I don't know why these people go to shows if all they're there for is to look down at their phones. When I went to Incubate last month, there were about three people next to me just typing away on their phones during Aluk Todolo's set, who already played for a meager crowd to begin with.
