Putting a ban on purchases myself for a little while. I have a stockpile of at least several hundred LPs I haven't listened through yet. :| Once I get a longer break, I intend to spend a lot of time going through things I've purchased over the past few years.

Man I have been eagerly waiting for those Soda Stereo records and a Mexican company just pressed them in April. Took a while but they finally got here and I am SOOOO happy right now. Top notch argentinian 80s-90s new wave/rock.

Century Media reissues from few months back. While im happy to get these in my shelf i must say that the gatefold jackets are the worst ones i've ever come across. The vinyls are pain to get in and out from the sleeves. Even got one inner bag ruined because their tightness. I thought Svart made awkward gatefold jackets, but these beat those in shitness 100-0. Otherwise the layout is pure beauty. And i finally get to hear the third album properly because the latter versions had so much descant that the album was impossible to listen without blood spewing from ears.

Yes, these Century Media remasters sounds absolutely brilliant. It's the first time I've managed to enjoy and listen through the Nattens Madrigal album without ears bleeding. I can make out the melodies and hear the bass.

Ah man I did not get Nattens. But I do have the box version which is the same source. And the faux-leather they put out a few years back, I need to listen to that one again and compare.
