I won't be at any shows until June but I am going to see M83 and Tame Impala at Merriweather and later in the month I will see Nails play in my favorite shit hole bar. I'm also going to see Swans in July for their farewell line up tour.

Chelsea Wolfe will be back in Dallas next week. Different setist than last time. I will still be attending. She's so tall and awesome. Swans will be here later in the year I think.

Oh and M83 are playing awesome sets live on this tour!

I wanted to go to Roadburn but by the time I even asked, all hotels were sold out and apparently the fest doesn't give complimentary passes to anyone!  Not even the bands, wow.

Ahh, damn! I know of a few people who did get get passes, but they work in close proximity to the Roadburn people. I think they should get you to curate some shows. :p Bring darksynth to Roadburn!

I just got back from Abigail Williams + Rotten Sound @ 013. I got a free ticket because they didn't sell very many and gave tickets to the first 100 to send an e-mail. Decided to check it out! Decent enough!

Next up will be Enslaved in a couple of weeks, unless I decide to go and see Kampfar, Borknagar and Diabolical tomorrow.

oh leaves eyes, they had a good thing going and now it's a full blown soap opera between the band, Liv AND the fans. A bunch of my goth friends are up in arms against the band right now haha.

yeah not funny especially not when you know the band on a bit more personal level...really shitty. But i will continue to support both the band and Liv solo like i did before and like I did when NW fired Tarja........Theres always more than meet the eyes....

Damn, wish he'd come a bit closer to the NL. Although last time he was in Antwerp I skipped on his show, because I was just getting into this scene. Needless to say, that was a bad decision.
