Yeah, I didn't read too heavily but saw there were some problems with the pressing, like a chunk of a track just totally missing and some other messups, a lot of people were unhappy with it.

Damn! I haven't heard of any of this before. I'm gonna have to check that thoroughly. I'm not sure if I'll notice any of these mess-ups, it's been quite a few years since I have last heard to this record.

The only problem I had so far was that it took Napalm USA two months after the release date to ship my copy. I had to write their shitty C.S. because I saw some people had already received their copies on Discogs. They took a full 5 days to reply. Their response: "Oh, didn't you get the email? There's a production delay..."

I did not notice the differences and I played this record A LOT back in the 90s (then stopped altogether for a lot of years after Satyr went crazy). Maybe I am not as trve hardcore as other fans.

Yeah, I listened through "Immortality Passion" a couple times on my copy and didn't notice the edit points, so at least it was done well. It's also one of the lesser songs, though certainly not bad at all, so I don't really care that it's not 8 minutes anymore. Especially since the title track follows!

Just glad to own it. At least nothing is missing from the truly spotless songs.

Got the new Black Crown Initiate on blue/grey marbled. So weird, it's a gatefold but one of the sleeves is glued shut so both records go in the other sleeve. I hate that.

Received Cog - Just Visiting transparent red/green today. The independent label in Australia, Rare Records, pulled out all the stops on this – 420gsm gatefold with spot UV all over it, brand new artwork and master... it comes with a download of it too! To say I'm over the moon is just the beginning.

Yeah I pulled the trigger right away despite the ludicrous shipping. It's not like there was a choice. Plus the conversion from AUD was in my favour at the time, thankfully. It's a foundational album for me so the drive to own it was strong.
