Dynatron - Blood Music - 04-05-2016

The cat's out of the bag.  Dynatron has signed to the label - he's darksynth but much more ethereal and coming from the direction of space exploration.

His latest album has been re-released at Name Your Own Price on Bandcamp and should be out on iTunes, Spotify, Amazon, etc. now.

We'll be releasing future works together!

Awesome! Even bought it for a second time ;-) Hope it does well enough to warrant a physical release.

really great album. I hope it makes it into a cd/mc or     a vinyl Wink

Yes! I hope too, loving this album myself and want to help spread the word out there so we get enough interest for it.

"Escape Velocity" (his first album) will be re-released next week.

Then we'll put more focus on future material for a while!

Another great addition to the roster!

RE: Dynatron - Lanttu - 04-07-2016

How do you measure the interest? By overall downloads? Overall collections (free ones doesn't count right)? Overall money spent?

On Bandcamp scale, do they count how many people have spent money or how much people have spent money when showing top lists?

Considering on chipping something in at some point but sadly might no be willing spend too much. I don't think I've ever paid for digital only music thus far and being a student who spends way too much already the combination isn't the sweetest. As of now I've tried to save my money for physical albums as much as possible even though there are tons of synthwave artists I'd like to support.

Dynatron has my utmost interest though. I think I've listented to Aeternus these past two days for like, 5 times already?

Dynatron's profile on EM. Another guy with a background in metal; in case you're still trying to convince your metal friends about synthwave. Big Grin

Love Aeternus, one of the albums that introduced me to the genre. I've played the track "Descend" to death. Looking forward to new releases.

Just based on an organic type feeling and how many people chip in (not just 0,50 but even a few EUR) - but things are looking up so far!

The same litmus was done with Irreversible Mechanism (for vinyl) and Dan Terminus and both were well supported enough, so it goes like that.  I just can't do vinyl for every band anymore due to space and time issues.  So, it goes by how much real palpable interest there is measured by a variety of (non-scientific) factors. :]
